The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Bulkeley, Kilham, Woodberry, Webber and
Dodge.
The chairman being absent Mr. Bulkeley was elected temporary chairman.
The record of the last meeting was read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 15 titles present.
In compliance with a motion offered and passed at the last regular meeting, with reference
to a committee of three to consist of the chairman and two others that he may select
regarding matters of detail for the New Library building and its future needs. The chairman
named Messrs. Kilham and Woodberry to be his associates.
Voted That a sum not to exceed seventy-five $75 dollars be appropriated for the purpose of
obtaining a supply of books from the Fiction Library for the Farms Branch referred to the
committee on circulation.
Voted That an additional sum of 322 be added to the above appropriation for the Farms Branch.
