The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Woodberry, Dodge.
The record of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 110 titles present, with
9 more to follow.
Voted To add to our list of magazines the House Beautiful also a second copy of the Popular
Mechanics.
Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to the donor of the volumes entitled "Isis Unveiled."
Voted That the committee on circulation consider the voted of May 28t" 19120, with reference to
continuing the custom established for several years of closing at certain hours also an
allowance of time during the summer months.
Voted That the committee on circulation be authorized to consider the expediency, and if deemed
expedient, the manner in which the public shall be informed of the Saturday forenoon
opening.
