C/O ATTORNEY T. ALEXANDER Dear Ms. Macdonald: At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on Tuesday, January 28, 2003, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Miles Group, Inc. c/o Attorney T. Alexander to continue the public hearing to the April meeting of the Board on the application for a variance to allow seventy (70) age restricted (i.e. over age 55) residential units on Boulder Lane. At this meeting, they also voted to allow the same applicant, Miles Group, Inc. c/o Attorney T. Alexander to continue the public hearing to the April meeting of the Board on the application for a special permit for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) to allow age restricted (i.e. over age 55) residential units in the Residential District abutting the IR District regarding same such property on Boulder Lane.
