Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, January 28, 2003, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Miles Group,
Inc. c/o Attorney T. Alexander to continue the public hearing to the April meeting of the
Board on the application for a variance to allow seventy (70) age restricted (i.e. over age 55)
residential units on Boulder Lane.
At this meeting, they also voted to allow the same applicant, Miles Group, Inc. c/o
Attorney T. Alexander to continue the public hearing to the April meeting of the Board on the
application for a special permit for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) to allow age
restricted (i.e. over age 55) residential units in the Residential District abutting the IR District
regarding same such property on Boulder Lane.
Attached hereto are copies of the waivers signed by the petitioner requesting the
extension.
