The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs., Driver, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the meetings of July, no quorum present and of August were read and
approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 38 titles present, and
authority granted to add 20 additional ptyalize.
A communication from the City Clerk with reference to a conference to held Tues. Oct. 11~" 1910
at 7:30 P.M. to consist of this Board and the City Council. Read and placed on fie..
Voted That a committee of three be appointed by the chair (to include the chairman) to represent this
Board at the conference mentioned above with reference to the erection of a new building
for the Public Library.
The chairman appointed as that committee Miss Loring, Messrs. Bulkeley and Webber.
Voted That we add to the list of magazines The Everland, Pictorial Review and Survey. Two copies
each.
Voted That we take the Perpetual Encyclopedia.
Voted That a special meeting of this Board be held Saturday Oct. 8 th @ 4 o'clock P.M.
