Beverly August 27th 1910
The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver and Webber. No quorum.
The record of the last meeting was read and approved.
The committee on circulation reported nineteen titles present.
Miss Smith was instructed to take the Publishers Weekly for the Library.
It was thought advisable to proceed at once in the preparation of a catalogue of books of fiction in
the Library, and also the amount of available money allowed will permit of a catalogue of books of
Literature, and Miss Smith was instructed accordingly.
Miss Smith was authorized to purchase a new typewriter for the use of the Library.
