The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs, Driver, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
A communication from the City Clerk was read announcing the reappointment and
confirmation of Messrs. Benjamin R. Bulkeley, George E. Woodberry and William R.
Driver.
To serve as Trustees of the Public Library for three years from January 31 st 1910.
All vacancies being filled the Board then organized by choice of
William R. Driver as Chairman
Charles L. Dodge as Secretary
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 46 titles present. Also
to permit Miss Loring to add four additional titles it thought expedient.
Voted That a committee ofttu'ee be selected to revise the committees and establish their duties Mr.
Driver to be chairman and appoint two associates and Miss Sohier and Mr. Webber were
appointed.
