Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, January 28, 2003, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Mart
Management to continue the public hearing on the application for a special permit “finding”
that the proposed change in use and structures of an existing used car dealership with related
automotive activities be changed to an express lubrication and car wash, regarding property at
60 Dodge Street.
At this meeting, they also voted to allow the same applicant, Mart Management to
continue the public hearing to a later date on the application for a variance to allow ten (10)
parking spaces where 18 are required regarding same such property at 60 Dodge Street.
Attached hereto is a copy of the waiver signed by the petitioner requesting the
extension.
