The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Woodberry, Webber
and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 20 titles present.
Voted That the committee on circulation be authorized to expend the sum of $80.00 for the purchase
of such books as they deem advisable, and place them in circulation.
Voted That the Branch Committee be authorized to use any books that are not needed in the library
or Branch library in the deposit stations at Centerville or at Little Comfort.
Voted That Mr. Bulkeley be invited to prepare the Annual Report.
Voted That the next meeting be held on Sat. Dec 18th instead of the 25th that being Christmas,
adjourned.
