This was the date of the regular meeting.
Present Messrs. Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge only were present. Not being a quorum, no business
was transacted.
The following note from Miss Loring as to the 1st paragraph relating to 40 titles, the trustees
present granted the request subject to the ratification by the Board at a later meeting.
As to the 2d paragraph that also was left to be disposed of by the Board.
