Beverly July 24th 1909
A Special Meeting was held on the above date to see what action he Board would take if any
hearing on Tuesday Evening July 25th present Miss Loring, Messrs. Bulkeley, Webher and
Dodge. Mr. Bulkeley in the chair. Messrs. Driver and Woodberry in Europe. Miss Sohier
and Mr. Kilham out of the state, Mr. Bennett not present.
No particular plan was adopted for the meeting except to be governed by circumstances.
Voted That Miss Ethel Dodge being absent on leave, others on vacation. That we employ Master
George Woodberry at 18 cents per hour to serve during the vacation period.
Being no further business the meeting adjourned.
