Beverly Feb. 26th 1909
The regular meeting of the Trustees took place on Saturday, February 26th at four o'clock.
Present Miss Sohier & Loring & Mr. Bulkeley. Mr. Bulkeley took the chair.
As there was no quorum the business done was subject to later approval.
Forty four books were approved. It was decided to discontinue the subscription to the Book Lovers
Library on the termination of the present subscription on March 15th.
The meeting adjourned.
A communication from the City Clerk on the following page announces that Misses Loring and
Sohier and Mr. Bennett have been confirmed as Trustees for three years as Trustees from Jan. 31
1909.
