The regular r meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Webbet and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting was read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 42 titles, 12 of which
were present.
Voted To accept the list of magazines for 1909 as reported by the committee on circulation.
Voted That the question of subscribing to the Essex Co. Book and Print Club (For the purpose of
reprinting rare volumes relating to the history of Essex Co. Mass. And the reproduction of
rare views portraits and maps.) Be left with the Chairman.
Voted That we accept the gifts from the Vivisection Society Reform and the Confession.
Voted That the Librarian be authorized to acknowledge these gifts with thanks.
Mr. Kilham reported results of the conference with the Committee of the City Govt. on selection of
a site for the Library.
Being no further business the meeting adjourned.
