ALEXANDER Dear Ms. Macdonald: At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on Tuesday, January 28, 2003, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Extended Stay America c/o Attorney T. Alexander to continue the public hearing to a later date on the application for a variance to allow: (A) two (2) wall signs of 72 s.f. each at a height of 42 feet where Section 29-25 B.1.a. allows two (2) wall signs, one of 150 s.f. and the other of 20 s.f. at a height not to exceed 25 feet; (B) an “Office” sign of 3 s.f. where Section 29-25 C.6 allows 2 s.f.; and (C) a freestanding monument sign of 62 s.f. where Section 29-25 B.1.b allows 20 s.f. The property is located at Conant Street and Cherry Hill Drive. At this meeting, the Board also voted to allow the same applicant, Extended Stay America c/o Attorney T. Alexander to continue the public hearing to a later date on the application for a special permit to construct a 101-room Extended Stay America Hotel in the IR Restricted Industrial, Research and Office District regarding same such property at Conant Street and Cherry Hill Drive.
