Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, January 28, 2003, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Carlo L.
Zelano to withdraw without prejudice the application to raze an existing detached barn, and to
rebuild it on the same footprint at the same height. The property is located at 23 Federal
Street.
