Beverly November 26th 1903
The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Webber & Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 52 titles present and 5 not
present be accepted and adopted.
Voted That on account of sickness of a contagious nature in Miss Woodman's family she be
requested to remain away from her duties at the library until danger has passed.
Voted That the chairman Mr. Driver and Miss Loring be a committee to prepare the annual report.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
