The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Webbet and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 54 titles present and 2 not
present be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with regard to the list Of magazines for 1904
be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the secretary be requested to acknowledge the receipt of 6 copies of the Life History and
Habits of the Brown Tail Moth.
Voted That Mr. Webber be appointed on the finance committee to fill the vacancy caused by the
death of Mr. Giddings.
Voted That the report of the committee on administration with regard to providing a disinfecting
closet be accepted and adopted and that they be authorized to contract of the same.
Voted That the committee on administration be authorized to have the reading room floor oiled.
