The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver and Dodge.
Records read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 37 books present and 4 not
present was accepted and adopted.
A communication from the City Clerk was received announcing the appointment and confirmation
of Mr. Louis D. Webber as a member of the Board of Trustees to fill the vacancy caused by the death
of Mr. Giddings was read and placed on file.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
