The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring and Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Bulkeley and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 29 titles present and 5 not
present be approved.
Voted That leave of absence be granted Miss Smith (librarian) for one week, in order to attend the
American Library Association at Niagara.
Voted That the library be closed at 8 o'clock on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings
during June, July, August and September.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
