Beverly April 25th 1903
The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 10 titles read but not present
be approved.
Voted That the committee on circulation be authorized to expend twenty dollars ($20.00) for the
purchase of books principally Juvenile and travels.
Voted That Miss Florence Woodman be employed as substitute during the illness of Miss Ethel
Dodge and that she be paid 5.50 per week.
Voted That the next meeting be held Saturday May 23rd at the usual hour.
