The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Lofing and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham & Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
A communication from the City Clerk announcing the appointments an confirmation of Miss
Katharine P. Lofing, Miss Elizabeth Sohier and Mr. Allen H. Bennett as trustees for three
years.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 27 titles present and 22 not
present be accepted.
Voted That the committee on circulation be authorized to establish two additional 50 book school
libraries, at Prospect and Centerville.
Voted That the magazine "The World Today" be added to our list.
Voted That the permanent boy assistant receive. 15 per hour.
Voted That Miss Culbert the assistant at the Farms receive 6.00 per week from Feb. 1st 1903.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
