Beverly, October 25th 1902
The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 37 titles present and 12 not
present be accepted.
Voted That we acknowledge the gift from Thomas W. Lawson, Esq., of his beautiful book "The
History of the America Cup."
Voted That Seventy five dollars ($75.00) additional be appropriated for the purchase of books for
the schools. - referred to the Committee on Circulation.
Voted That the list of Magazines as presented by the librarian for 1903 be accepted ($211.40)
Voted That the balance due John Foster, deceased, for service be paid.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
