The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Woodberry, Kilham and
Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 7 titles present and 22 not
present also for the purchase of the supplement to the Encyclopaedia Britannica, be accepted.
Voted That the librarian be instructed to purchase the book hampers and accession cabinet to be paid
from receipts for fines.
Voted That the bill of $11.50 additional labor for cleaning the library be paid from the receipts from
fines.
