The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Bulkeley, Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 37 titles present and 6
ordered but not present be accepted.
Voted That 2 copies of the American Kitchen be added to our list of Magazines, one for the main
librap] and one for the Farms Branch.
Voted That we subscribe for Harpers Weekly and the Centup] Magazine for the Farms Branch.
Voted That the question of furnishing the Farms Branch with electric lighting be referred to the
committee on administration with power to act.
Voted That the matter of procuring a cabinet for accession cards be referred to the committee on
administration with power to act.
Voted That 125.00 be taken from our appropriation for the purchase of books to be circulated
through such of the schools as may be thought feasible, and that this matter be referred to the
committee on circulation with power to act.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
