The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Bulkeley, Kilham and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted That the list of books for replacement submitted by the librarian and reported by the committee
on circulation be accepted and adopted.
Voted That a full, instead of a partial, set of Coopers Works be purchased.
Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to Mr. Proprietor of the Times for the gift of
complete bound files of the Beverly Times.
Voted That the library rooms, and books be cleaned and that it be referred to the Board of
administration with power to act.
Voted That the Library be closed on Wednesday evenings at 6 o'clock from June 1 to Sep. 30th also
that the librarian and each assistant have one afternoon every three weeks during the same months
at the discretion of the Librarian.
