The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Bulkeley, Kilham, Dodge and Miss Sohier.
The records of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 26 titles read and present,
15 to be referred to the librarian, 1 Sophomores Aborad to be examined, with 9 read and not present,
be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the committee on circulation be authorized to procure Johnson' s New Encyclopedia upon
the terms proffered, of taking the old for which an allowance of 20.00 is to be made.
Voted That the librarian have power to replace such books for young people as in her judgement is
desirable.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
