The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Woodberry and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 30 titles, 14 of which were
read and present with 16 read but not present, be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the special aRemoons allowed the librarian and assistants during July, August and
September not being designated, their choice be left to the discretion of the librarian.
Voted That the committee on circulation have authority to purchase a new edition of Dicken's
Works.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
