The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Bulkeley & Dodge.
The records of the April meeting were read and approved.
The report of the committee on circulation submitted May 25th but not acted upon for lack of
quorum; of 18 titles 13 of which were present and 5 not present also of 25 titles for June; 19 of which
were present and 6 not present, was accepted and adopted.
Voted That the committee on circulation have power to replace from time to time such books as they
may deem advisable.
Voted That the Librarian and assistants be allowed an afternoon every three weeks during June, July,
August and September.
Voted That the Library be closed every Wednesday evening at 6 o'clock during July, August and
September.
Voted That the committee on administration be authorized to have a stairway built to connect the
basement closet.
