The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Girlclings, Woodberry, Bulkeley, Kilham and Misses Loring and
Sohier.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 18 titles read and present
with 9 not present, be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the suggestions from the Lothrop Club with reference to the co-operation of the Trustees
of the Beverly Public Library on placing books in the Public Schools, be referred to the committee
on circulation. This above suggestion ... in the Board of Trustees.
Voted That the matter of child study books be referred to the committee on circulation with power
to act.
On motion of Mr. Giddings it was
Voted That the Trustees ask for five hundred dollars ($500.00) additional to the annual appropriation.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the Chairman.
