Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, February 26, 2002, members of the Board voted unanimously to allow the
applicant, Po Sai Phoebe Ho, in a petition for a request for a Special Permit to encroach 8
feet plus or minus and 5.5 feet upon the required 10 foot side yard setback and 3.5 feet
plus or minus upon the 25 foot required rear yard setback with additions, to withdraw the
application without prejudice.
