The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Dodge and Miss Loring.
The record of the meeting of July 28th was read & approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 22 titles read and present
6 titles read and not present, be accepted.
Voted That the recommendation of the committee on circulation with reference to preparing an
appendix to the catalogue consisting of about 13 or 14 pages at a cost of about 2.56 per page be
accepted, and that the committee be authorized to have it printed.
Voted That Miss Loring have power to purchase four books for the Beverly Farms Branch to be paid
for out of the Wheelright fund.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
