The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Dodge and Miss Loring.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the recommendation of the committee on circulation with reference to 23 titles present
and 3 not present be accepted.
Voted That the 3 books recommended by Miss Loring to be purchased tiom the Wheelright fund for
the Beverly Farms Branch be accepted.
Voted That the report of the Chairman on a communication from the City Clerk (and on file)
regarding changes in the ordinances governing the Public Library. That the only change
recommended, be "That the Board shall organize annually"
Voted That the adverse report of the committee appointed at the last meeting on the two motions
offered by the Secy. and on record be accepted.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
