Beverly March 31st 1900
The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Dodge and Misses Loring and Sohier.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the recommendation of the committee on circulation for the purchase of 3 8 titles, of
which 3 1 were present and 7 to come be accepted and adopted.
Voted That Miss Lillian Culbert be elected librarian at the Beverly Farms Branch at a salary of 250.00
from April 1st 1900; to succeed Miss Sylvia Culbert.
Voted That the matter of extra compensation to Miss Culbert be left to Miss Loring.
Voted That the committee on circulation have power to destroy all books that have been exposed to
contagion, and to replace such at their discretion.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
