The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier Messrs Driver, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 28 titles present.
Voted That the library and reading rooms be closed every evening except Saturday evening at 8
o'clock from June 15th to Sep. 15th inclusive.
Voted That the librarian and each assistant librarian have for the months of June, July, August, and
September, one evening each week after 6 P.M.
Voted That Miss Loring be authorized to make arrangements for the preparation of a juvenile
catalogue.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
