The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 25 titles present (and 2
presented) be accepted and adopted
Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to the Essex Institute for the gift of a copy of"Sears
Geology of Essex County." Also to Mrs. Caroline L. Dodge for the gift of"Mrs. Maybricks own
story."
Voted That Miss Loring be authorized to purchase a set of Shakespeare' s Plays in separate volumes.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
