The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier Messrs. Driver, Kilham and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Mr. Bennett whose terms of office as trustees having expired and their
re-appointment by the Mayor for three years having been confirmed, it was
Voted That the Board proceed to organize for the ensuing year.
Voted That we proceed to ballot for Chairman and William R. Driver was elected.
Voted That we proceed to ballot for Secretary and Charles L. Dodge was elected.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 46 titles present and 2 to
come, be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the report of the committee appointed to prepare the annual report, which having been
read was accepted and adopted.
Voted That the report be referred back to the same committee to make such corrections as they deem
proper.
Voted That the Chairman be empowered to forward to the City Clerk to be incorporated in the annual
report of the City.
Voted That Miss Sohier be appointed on the committee on circulation in place of Mr. Woodberry
temporarily absent.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
