The regular meeting oFthe Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, and Dodge.
The records oFthe last meeting were read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 17 titles present and
4 conditionally.
Voted That the coattee on administration be authorized to procure awnings to the windows of the
reading rooms.
There being no further business the meeting has adjourned.
