The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring. Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 32 titles present.
Voted That it is not advisable except on condition of ownership to accept the work entitled, "Travel
in Asia and Africa" published in 1638 and offered by Mr. Fred S. Choate on behalf of Engine Co. #2;
the secretary was authorized to return the work informing the Co. of the action of the Trustees, with
thanks for their kind offer.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
