The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Bulkeley, Kilham and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted to accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 40 titles present, which
include 17 in Italian with the dictionary, and 20 titles to come.
Voted That owing to decline in interest together with the unsatisfactory conditions of storage and
distribution of books that the Centerville Branch be discontinued.
Voted That Miss Smith Librarian be granted leave of absence from May 26 to May 31 for the purpose
of attending the meeting of the American Library Association at Ashville, No. Carolina.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
