Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, February 26, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Brian
Boches, in a request for a Variance to encroach 11 feet plus or minus upon the required
side yard setback of 20 feet with a two-story addition (24 feet by 28 feet) that will contain
an attached one-car garage and mud room with a family room above, to continue the
public hearing to the Board’s regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2002.
Attached hereto is a copy of the waiver signed by the Petitioner requesting the extension.
