Benjamin R. Bulkeley, Charles L. Dodge, Katharine P. Loring, Elizabeth P. Sohier, Louis D. Webber, and George E. Woodberry Board members absent: Allen H. Bennett, and Joseph C. Kilham Others present: Recorder: Charles L. Dodge Beverly March 30, 1907 The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date. Present Misses Loring and Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Bulkeley, Webber, and Dodge. (Records read and approved.) Messrs. Wm. R. Driver, Benjamin R. Bulkeley and George E. Woodberry, whose terms of office as trustees having expired; and their re-appointment by the Mayor for three years from January 3 1st 1907 having been confirmed. It was Voted That the Board proceed to organize for the ensuing year. Voted that we proceed to ballot for Chairman and Secy. Wm. R. Driver was elected Chairman and Charles L. Dodge was elected Secretary. Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 54 titles present. Voted That the Life of Lord Randolph Churchill written by his son, be referred to Miss Loring for examination with reference to its purchase. Voted That the appointment of the several committees be left with the Chairman to be reported upon at the next regular meeting. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. Charles L.
