The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 27 titles present, also
so many of 12 titles not present now under consideration, subject to their approval.
Voted To accept and adopt the annual report as read, and that it be forwarded to the City Clerk to
be printed in the Annual Report of the City.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
