The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present - Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted: That the hours of opening at the Beverly Farms Branch hereafter shall be from 2 to 9 o'clock
P.M.
Voted: That the Trustees annual report as prepared and read by Mr. Bulkeley be accepted and
adopted and together with the Librarian' s report sent to the City Clerk to be printed in the Annual
Report of the City.
Voted: That the amount to be applied to maintain the Library for 1908 be referred to the Finance
Committee (report on file)
Voted: That the Librarian' s report be submitted to the Committee on Circulation.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
