The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier. Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the Committee on Circulation with reference to 81 titles present.
Voted That the Committee on Circulation be authorized to expend a sum of money for books not to
exceed $200.00 dollars.
On motion of Miss Loring, it was
Voted That the Librarian at the Farms Branch receive the same compensation as the assistants at the
Main Library to take effect Jan. 1st 1908.
The secretary offered a motion that the compensation of Miss Smith the Librarian and her assistants
be increased $50.00 a year to date from Jan. 1st 1908.
This motion was laid upon the table. The original motion and reasons therefor will be found in letter
file.
Voted That Mr. Bulkeley be a Committee to prepare the annual report.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
