The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley & Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted to accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 15 titles present, with
60 titles additional to be examined, from which number authority is granted to select up to 30 titles.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on administration as having had the books and room
cleaned by the vacuum process.
Voted That during the months of July and August the reading rooms in the Endicott Building be
closed at 6 o'clock every evening except Sat. evening when it will be open til 9 o'clock.
Voted That the Library be closed at 8 o'clock every evening except Saturday from June 15 to Sept.
15.
Voted That until Oct 1st the librarian and each assistant librarian have one evening each week after
6 o'clock.
There being no further business the meeting is adjourned.
