Regular meeting of the Trustees of the Beverly Public Library was held at the Library on Saturday
the 28th day of February 1925 at 3:30 P.M.
There were present of the Board.
Misses Loring, Sohier & Marsters, Messrs. Chase, Porter, Small and Pond.
The records of the meeting of January 31, 1925 were read and approved.
The Finance Committee made monthly report.
Voted:
To approve same.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 49 titles and the receipt of 12 gifts.
Voted:
That the recommendation of the Committee on Circulation be accepted and the thanks of the
Trustees be extended for the 12 gifts.
Voted:
To accept the Librarian' s report to date and place same on file.
Voted:
That $75.00 be added to our Budget for 1925, additional recompense for the North Beverly
Deposit Station. *
Voted:
That the Secretary of the Board be authorized to request the Free Library Commission to
send its Field Secretary, to make a survey of our Library.
Voted:
That the wire doors for the Social Library be paid for from the Trust Funds.
