Beverly August 29th 1925
Regular meeting of the Trustees of the Beverly Public Library was held at the Library on Saturday
the 29th day of August 1925 at 3:30 P.M.
There were present of the Board.
Misses Loring and Marsters, Messrs Delaney, Small, Porter and Pond.
The records of the meeting of the July 25th 1925 and of the Special Meeting of August 14, 1925 were
read and approved.
The Finance Committee made monthly report.
Voted:
To approve same.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 21 titles and the receipt of 3 gifts.
Voted:
Thea the recommendation of the Committee on Circulation be accepted and the thanks of the
Trustees be extended for the 3 gifts.

To accept the Librarian' s report to date and place same on file.

That the resignation of Miss Martha H. Bell as first assistant Librarian be accepted.
To authorize the Circulation Committee to spend a sum not to exceed $150 for wire doors
to protec the valuable books in the Art Room.

That a letter of thanks be sent to RM. Frank I. Lomasney for his kindness and assistance in
securing the Cassel Property.
Voted:
That the Chairman of the Administration Committee by authorized to find the exact amount
now owed Mr. Wm. H. Cann for work on the Library Building.
