A special meeting of the Trustees was held at the Library, July 10th 1925 at 3 P.M.
There were present of the Board.
Misses Loring, Sohier and Marsters, Messrs Delaney, Chase and Pond also Mayor Wm. Stopford,
Messrs Patch and Leighton of the Finance and Property Committee and Bennett E. Merry Esq., Clerk
of Committees, City Government of the City of Beverly.
The business for which the meeting was called, was to consider the construction of a new
children' s room. By the advice of the City Government, Mr. Delaney was asked to secure an option
on land now owned by Mr. John Casali.
