The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was headed at the Library on Tuesday,
November 25th, at 4 P.M.; there being present of the Board, Miss Loring and Messrs. Pond, Porter,
Cronin, and Delaney.
The records of the meeting of October 30th were read and approved.
The monthly report of the Finance Committee, giving a summary of expenditures and
balances, was presented, and it was voted to accept the same.
Voted: that the report of the Librarian be approved and placed on file.,
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 329 titles, and the receipt of 12
girls.
Voted: that this recommendation be accepted.
It was voted that Miss Culbert be granted two additional weeks sick leave with pas, because
of her continued illness.
Since the regular date of the next Trustees meeting would fall on Christmas Day, it was voted
to hold that meeting on Tuesday, December 23rd, at 4 P.M.
Voted: - that the annual report, as prepared by Miss Loring, be adopted as the report of the
Board of Trustees, and forwarded, at the proper time, to the Mayor and the City Government.
Voted: that the Finance Committee be authorized, in cooperation with the Chairman of the
Board and the Librarian, to prepare a budget for 193 1, to be presented to the Board at the next
meeting.
