The Trustees met at 4 P.M.
Present Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Porter, Hood, Delaney, Rowe, and Pond. Report of the Secretary read and approved.
Report of the Finance Committee read and approved.
Report of the Librarian was read and approved.
Circulation Committee reported on entry of new titles.
Report of the Administration Committee.
Moved that the Special repair item (Beve~y Farms) be amended to agree in amount with the figures
from Sneed & Co. For new stacks.
Mrs. Motley moved that the Finance Committee be instructed to go before the City
Government and ask for $100,000 to build and equip a Children' s Library. Carried.
Moved that a vote of thanks be written to Mrs. A. A. Fernald for books. And to Mr. Julius
Rosewald for 2 volumes. Carried.
