Regular meeting of the Trustees of the Beverly Public Library was held at the Library on Thursday
the 30th day of June 1927 at 4 P.M.
There were present of the Board.
Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Porter, Hood, Delaney and Pond.
The records of the meeting of May 26th 1927 were read and approved.
Miss Stanton presented financial report.
Voted:
To accept report and place on file.
Administration Committee made a report of progress.
Report of Circulation made by Miss Stanton.
Voted:
That 46 titles purchased be accepted.
17 gifts titles accepted.
Miss Stanton made an informal report of the Toronto Convention.
Voted:
That the question of preparing a plate for a vote of thanks - be referred to Miss Loring with
power to act.
Voted:
That the vacation periods be assigned by choice beginning with the senior employees.
